The Hafla will have 16 performance slots available for registered workshop participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
Performers will be able to sign up for a slot at the event. Songs must be 5 mins or less.
Dances will be in the center or the side of a carpeted room, no stage.
Hotel Le Cirque is a short streetcar ride from the French Quarter for revelry after hours.
Non alcoholic drinks at function, however the lobby of the hotel has a bar.
